RESEARCH ANALYST

Dr. Hayford Kwashie is a social scientist, lecturer and consultant with over 20 years’ experience in academic, social, behavioural research as well as social marketing. Dr. Kwashie has considerable experience in conducting both academic and social research including baseline studies, mid-term reviews and evaluation studies. He has also carried out various consultancy assignments for World Vision, AfriKids Ghana and WiLDAF Ghana.

As research Analyst, he will help plan the rapid assessments on the participants, the institutions  and the management of GNA. He will also assist with designing of training needs assessment guide, question guide, execution of focus group discussions and individual interviews.
